PRICES & PAYMENT

  1. ARRIVALS/ DEPARTURES.
    Arrivals are possible from 4 p.m. (4 p.m.) and departures no later than noon.
    In the evening stopover checkin from 6 p.m. (6 p.m.) and checkout 10 a.m. (10 a.m.).
     
  2. To find out the price of a room, click on “BOOK HERE“. You will be able to indicate your dates and the available ones will be proposed to you.   Choose and check your rate by clicking on “SHOW MORE“.Room rates are subject to change. They are inclusive of VAT, excluding tourist tax of €0.60 / person / night. BEST PRICES GUARANTEED ON OUR SITE.
     
  3. ACCOMMODATION. All our accommodations accommodate 1 to 2 adults. They are equipped with 160cm wide bedding (queen size) with bamboo/corn duvet and microparticle pillows. Percale bed linen.
     
  4. UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. Your rental is delivered with the bed made, towels provided, 1 pool towel per person included, the use of which is strictly reserved within the establishment and not for the beach.
     
  5. DURING YOUR STAY, there is no daily maid service unless necessary. A cleaning service will be adapted for long stays, do not hesitate to contact us to provide you with clean household linen. 
     
  6. ON YOUR DEPARTURE, the dishes must be done and put away, otherwise a flat rate of €20 could be debited. Garbage cans evacuated in the containers with sorting available at the entrances near the car parks. 
     
  7. The transformation of a large 160cm bed into 2 small 80cm wide beds (Twins) is on request with a supplement of 35€/stay.
     
  8. The use of the sofa bed in some of the Junior Suites is with a supplement of 25€/night. It is not allowed to sleep more than 2 adults per room.
     
  9. SWIMMING POOL / EQUIPMENT. The use of the swimming pool and other equipment is exclusively reserved for residents of the Clos Masure hotel residence. Departure no later than 12 p.m. does not allow you to stay in the garden or by the pool.   Thank you for your understanding.
     
  10. ANIMALS. Animals are prohibited in the hotel residence. 
     
  11. BREAKFAST / BREAKFAST. Excluding evening stopovers, gourmet breakfasts are served as a buffet.   They include fruit juice, hot drinks, cereals, dairy products, fruit, charcuterie, cheese, eggs on demand, pastries and various breads... etc. €18/person. No room service. Please book the day before at the latest.
     
  12. PROMOTIONS. You can benefit from a discount depending on the number of nights reserved. This offer is calculated automatically by our booking system. 
     
  13. RESERVATION. Fill out the form indicating your full mobile phone number. Please note that a valid credit card number (excluding AE) is mandatory. it is invisible to our services. This is a loan in case of no-show or cancellation with costs. You will not be charged except in the event of cancellation with costs.
     
  14. FREE CANCELLATION up to D- 5 days;   otherwise, they are invoiced: ​
  • 30% D-4
  • 50% D-2
  • 100% same day. 
This rule applies whatever the reason for cancellation
